Ingredients
For the Misal Pav:
- Mixed Sprouts (Matki, Moong, etc.) – 2 cups (boiled)
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- AV Usal Misal Masala – 2 tbsp
- AV Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp (optional)
- Salt – To taste
- Water – 2 cups
- Farsan/Sev – For topping
- Pav (Bread Rolls) – 8 pieces
- Lemon Wedges & Coriander – For garnish
Instructions
For Misal Pav:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, sauté till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook till soft.
- Add AV Usal Misal Masala, AV Red Chilli Powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled sprouts and 2 cups of water, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Adjust salt and thickness, garnish with coriander and lemon.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve in bowls topped with farsan, onions, and lemon wedges.
- Pair with pav toasted in butter.
