Ingredients
For the Paneer Butter Masala:
- Paneer – 250g (cubed)
- Curd/Yogurt – ½ cup (whisked)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- AV Paneer Tikka Masala – 2 tbsp
- Capsicum – 1 small (cubed)
- Onion – 1 medium (cubed)
- Tomatoes – 2 medium (pureed)
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Salt – To taste
- Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Water – ¾ cup
Instructions
For Paneer Tikka Masala:
- Marinate paneer, onions, and capsicum with curd, ginger-garlic paste, and AV Paneer Tikka Masala for 15 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry marinated paneer and vegetables until slightly charred. Set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan, add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
- Add remaining AV Paneer Tikka Masala, salt, kasuri methi, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add grilled paneer and vegetables. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Add cream and mix well before serving.

- Serve with butter naan, roti, or basmati rice.
- Garnish with coriander and onion rings.
