RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return (only applicable to sealed and unopened packs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at care@avspices.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: ARVED Ventures LLP, Gami Industrial Park, Unit B, 4th Floor, #35 & #36, TTC Industrial Area, Pawane, Navi Mumbai 400 710.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the product you want is to return the one you currently hold, and once the return is approved, purchase the new product separately.
European Union 14 day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
