Ingredients

For Sabji Masala Stir-Fried Quinoa :

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp AV Sabji Masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

 For Sabji Masala Stir-Fried Quinoa :

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables until tender.
  • Add AV Sabji Masala and stir well.
  • Mix in cooked quinoa and season with salt.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes and garnish with coriander.
  • Serve hot.
