Ingredients
For Pav Bhaji Masala Shakshuka :
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp AV Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1/2 tsp AV Red Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 eggs
Instructions
For Pav Bhaji Masala Shakshuka :
- Heat oil, sauté onions and bell peppers.
- Add tomato puree, AV Pav Bhaji Masala, AV Chilli Powder, and salt, cook for 5 minutes.
- Make small wells, crack eggs into them, cover, and cook for 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread.
