Ingredients

For Kitchen Queen Masala Veggie Stir-Fry  :

  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp AV Kitchen Queen Masala
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

 For Kitchen Queen Masala Veggie Stir-Fry :

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the bell peppers and broccoli on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add AV Kitchen Queen Masala, soy sauce and salt.
  • Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring the veggies remain crunchy.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or over rice/noodles.
