Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp AV Kitchen Queen Masala
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
For Kitchen Queen Masala Veggie Stir-Fry :
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the bell peppers and broccoli on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add AV Kitchen Queen Masala, soy sauce and salt.
- Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring the veggies remain crunchy.
- Serve hot as a side dish or over rice/noodles.
