Chhole Masala Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

For Chhole Masala Stuffed Peppers   :

  • 4 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp AV Chhole Masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

 For Chhole Masala Stuffed Peppers  :

  • Heat oil, sauté onions and tomatoes.
  • Add boiled chickpeas, AV Chhole Masala, cumin powder, and salt.
  • Mix in cooked rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stuff the mixture into halved bell peppers.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
