Shahi Paneer Masala

A royal North Indian curry made with a rich cashew-cream base and AV Shahi Paneer Masala for a truly luxurious taste.

Ingredients

For the Shahi Paneer Masala:

  • Paneer – 250g (cubed)
  • Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 large (chopped)
  • Tomatoes – 2 medium (chopped)
  • Cashews – 10 (soaked & ground into paste)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • AV Shahi Paneer Masala – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream – 3 tbsp
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Salt – To taste
  • Sugar – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Water – ¾ cup
  • Coriander Leaves – For garnish

Instructions

For Shahi Paneer Masala:

  1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
  3. Add cashew paste and AV Shahi Paneer Masala. Stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add milk and water, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add paneer cubes and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  6. Stir in fresh cream and sugar, simmer for 2 minutes, and garnish.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve hot with naan or pulao.
  • Top with cream and silver leaf for a royal presentation.

  • Simmer gently to prevent curdling.
