Ingredients
For the Shahi Paneer Masala:
- Paneer – 250g (cubed)
- Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 large (chopped)
- Tomatoes – 2 medium (chopped)
- Cashews – 10 (soaked & ground into paste)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- AV Shahi Paneer Masala – 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream – 3 tbsp
- Milk – ½ cup
- Salt – To taste
- Sugar – ½ tsp (optional)
- Water – ¾ cup
- Coriander Leaves – For garnish
Instructions
For Shahi Paneer Masala:
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add cashew paste and AV Shahi Paneer Masala. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and water, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Stir in fresh cream and sugar, simmer for 2 minutes, and garnish.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve hot with naan or pulao.
- Top with cream and silver leaf for a royal presentation.
