Paneer Tikka Masala

Grilled paneer cubes in a spiced, smoky, and creamy gravy prepared with AV Paneer Tikka Masala.

Ingredients

For the Paneer Butter Masala:

  • Paneer – 250g (cubed)
  • Curd/Yogurt – ½ cup (whisked)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • AV Paneer Tikka Masala – 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum – 1 small (cubed)
  • Onion – 1 medium (cubed)
  • Tomatoes – 2 medium (pureed)
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
  • Water – ¾ cup

Instructions

For Paneer Tikka Masala:

  1. Marinate paneer, onions, and capsicum with curd, ginger-garlic paste, and AV Paneer Tikka Masala for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry marinated paneer and vegetables until slightly charred. Set aside.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
  4. Add remaining AV Paneer Tikka Masala, salt, kasuri methi, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add grilled paneer and vegetables. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add cream and mix well before serving.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with butter naan, roti, or basmati rice.
  • Garnish with coriander and onion rings.

  • Do not overcook paneer; it should remain soft.
  • Adjust gravy thickness with water or cream as desired.
