You may cancel an order within two hours of placing it.

You can simply refuse to accept the parcel on delivery, as the order will not be returned once delivered.

Shipping charges on purchase.
We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500/-, as notified periodically. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge. Please consider the shipping rates shown at checkout as final.
- Shipment of products
- ARVED Ventures LLP (“AV Spices”) ships all consignments via third-party logistics companies.
b. Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices in District Thane, Maharashtra. We aim to deliver products within 4-7 days under normal conditions from receipt of order and payment. Orders are typically delivered between 9 am and 9 pm from Monday to Sunday. Slight variations may occur depending on the policies of our logistics partners.
c. Our courier partners will deliver your order between 9 am and 9 pm. Once dispatched, we will notify you of the tracking details via your registered email.
d. We accept no responsibility for goods signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order at the specified delivery address.
e. As transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during order placement. Deliveries will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.
f. Shipping charges for all orders will be communicated and added to the total order value at the time of purchase. ARVED Ventures LLP and/or any of its related entities reserves the right to charge or not charge for shipping at its discretion, and any updates will be reflected on the website without prior notice. - Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling charges may differ based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other factors. These charges are displayed at checkout, ensuring customers are aware of the costs before finalising their payment.
- Return Process
- Please submit a Return Request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Service at +91 9167061471 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM) or emailing us at care@avspices.com. Alternatively, you can initiate the return process by logging into ‘My Account’ and completing the ‘Submit a Support Request’ form.
b. You will need to send a high-quality photo of the received product clearly showing the issue (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item) along with your order details to care@avspices.com. Our quality assurance team will review the details to determine if the return is eligible.
c. We will respond with the status of your return request within 2-3 days of receiving your email with pictures. Once your request is approved, we will organize a reverse pickup for the product. Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to arrange the pickup and 7-10 days to deliver the item to our warehouse.
d. Once the merchandise returns to our warehouse, you will receive store credit via your registered email address. The store credit must be redeemed within 3 months of the issue date. - Points to Remember
- The product must be returned with its original packaging and the invoice.

c. Products can be returned for store credit or a refund, which will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse.
d. We reserve the right to conduct a thorough quality inspection of the product before issuing a refund. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each situation. Each return or exchange request is considered individually and we recommend contacting our team for a swift resolution. - Storage and use of Product
- Please follow the storage instructions on the product label. If the product’s quality is compromised due to not following these instructions, we will not be responsible for it expiring early and will not accept returns of such products.
b. Please inform us if the packaging is damaged or the seal is broken, and avoid using the product in such cases. - Cancellation
