Ingredients
For Sabji Masala Stir-Fried Quinoa :
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (chopped)
- 1 tbsp AV Sabji Masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
For Sabji Masala Stir-Fried Quinoa :
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables until tender.
- Add AV Sabji Masala and stir well.
- Mix in cooked quinoa and season with salt.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot.
