Ingredients
For Sambhar Masala Lentil Stew with Garlic Bread :
- 1 cup toor dal (split pigeon peas)
- 1 tbsp AV Sambhar Masala
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, etc.)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 slices garlic bread
Instructions
For Sambhar Masala Lentil Stew with Garlic Bread :
- Cook toor dal until soft, mash slightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and tomatoes.
- Add vegetables, AV Sambhar Masala, and salt. Cook until tender.
- Mix in cooked dal and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with garlic bread.
