Ingredients
For Chhole Masala Stuffed Peppers :
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 tbsp AV Chhole Masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
For Chhole Masala Stuffed Peppers :
- Heat oil, sauté onions and tomatoes.
- Add boiled chickpeas, AV Chhole Masala, cumin powder, and salt.
- Mix in cooked rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stuff the mixture into halved bell peppers.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
